I’m Lindsey, a Licensed Therapist who specializes in helping people just like you untangle the overwhelm of ADHD, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), and trauma—in a non-traditional way.
I’m a therapist for people who have tried traditional talk therapy and need something different. I am a therapist for people, who hate therapy. Get curious instead of critical about why these parts show up.
Build self-compassion so you can work with yourself, not against yourself.
How They Work Together:
DBT helps you manage emotions in the moment, so you can stay grounded when things feel overwhelming.
IFS helps you understand why certain parts of you react the way they do, bringing compassion to those inner battles.
EMDR helps you process the stuck memories and emotional wounds that keep triggering those parts and reactions.
Together, they give you a complete toolkit to calm the chaos—both on the surface and at the root.
