Daizha Scott, MS, LMFT-Associate

Supervised by Heather Resneder, LMFT-S

Couples, Families, and Adults

I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the Gottman Method, to support adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, self-esteem, stress, and major life transitions. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I will meet you where you are, honor your pace, and provide gentle encouragement while helping you identify patterns, build coping skills, and work toward meaningful change.

I also specialize in working with couples and families who are seeking to strengthen their relationships, improve communication, rebuild connection, and navigate conflict or difficult transitions. Relationships can be complex, and my goal is to help you better understand one another, develop healthier ways of communicating, and create stronger, more fulfilling connections. Whether you are working through individual challenges or relationship concerns, I am committed to walking alongside you with compassion and support.
