My work centers around trauma and the real-life impact of hard experiences, with a strong focus on helping you actually regulate your emotions, not just talk about them. We’re not here to stay stuck in insight alone. We’re here to shift patterns.

I integrate EMDR, DBT skills, and shadow work to get underneath what’s driving your thoughts, reactions, and relationships. Together, we’ll identify the patterns keeping you stuck, process what needs to be processed, and build practical tools that help you feel more steady, more clear, and more in control of your day-to-day life.

Peace isn’t about having a perfect life. It’s about not being hijacked by your internal world. It’s the ability to stay grounded when things get hard, to move through emotions without being run by them, and to trust yourself in the middle of it all. That kind of peace isn’t something you stumble into. It’s something you build, intentionally, one skill, one insight, one regulated moment at a time.
