Clinical Supervision for the Next Generation of Therapists

Grounded in Ethics. Fierce About Growth. Building Confident, Competent Clinicians.

  • Individual supervision is a focused, high-accountability space designed to sharpen your clinical skills and deepen your confidence. We will review cases, strengthen diagnostic accuracy, refine treatment planning, and ensure your documentation is board-ready and defensible. I provide direct feedback, ethical guidance, and practical tools you can immediately implement in session.

This is not passive supervision. You will be challenged, supported, and stretched so you leave each meeting clearer, more competent, and better equipped to hold complex clinical work.

  • Group supervision blends clinical depth with collaborative learning. In this space, you will present cases, sharpen your conceptualization skills, strengthen documentation, and receive structured feedback from both me and your peers. You will learn how to think critically, defend your clinical decisions, and tolerate the discomfort that comes with growth.

The group dynamic accelerates development. You gain exposure to diverse cases, different theoretical lenses, and real-time consultation while building professional confidence and community. It is supportive, direct, and clinically rigorous without being shaming or performative.

  • Case consultation is designed for licensed clinicians who need a strategic, clinically grounded space to think through complex cases. Whether you are navigating diagnostic uncertainty, risk assessment, high conflict couples, trauma work, ethical dilemmas, or documentation concerns, we will slow it down and sharpen your clinical lens.

You will leave with clearer conceptualization, stronger interventions, and defensible decision making. This is focused, solution oriented consultation that respects your experience while strengthening your clinical confidence.

My Eclectic Clinical Approach

I practice from an integrative, trauma informed framework that draws from multiple evidence based modalities rather than rigidly adhering to a single model. Every client is different. Your conceptualization should be too.

EMDR
I utilize EMDR to reprocess traumatic memories, negative core beliefs, and nervous system activation that continue to drive present day symptoms. EMDR helps reduce the emotional intensity tied to specific experiences while strengthening adaptive beliefs and improving somatic regulation.

DBT Skills Integration
Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills are incorporated when emotional dysregulation, impulsivity, relational instability, or self destructive patterns are present. Clients learn concrete tools for distress tolerance, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness while still engaging in deeper trauma work.

Parts Work
I integrate parts work, informed by Internal Family Systems principles, to help clients identify protective parts, wounded parts, and their internal leadership system. This approach is especially helpful for trauma, attachment injuries, and shame. It reduces internal polarization and increases self awareness without pathologizing the client.

Psychodynamic and Attachment Based Work
Psychodynamic principles guide exploration of relational patterns, unconscious dynamics, and early attachment wounds. We examine how past experiences shape present relationships and how these dynamics may show up in the therapy room.

Systems and Relational Lens
In couples and family work, I apply systems theory to examine interactional cycles, power dynamics, and communication patterns. The focus extends beyond the individual to the relational ecosystem.

This integrative approach allows for flexibility between structured skill building, trauma processing, relational insight, and deeper exploration. It is clinically grounded, ethically sound, and tailored to the complexity of the client in front of me.

Practice Development and Professional Growth

Supervision with me extends beyond clinical skill. You will learn how to function as a competent, ethical professional in the real world of practice.

We review documentation in depth to ensure it is board compliant, clinically defensible, and audit ready. You will strengthen diagnostic accuracy, treatment planning, risk assessment, and ethical decision making so you can confidently stand behind your work.

For those pursuing private practice or group practice settings, we also discuss insurance navigation, fee structures, boundary setting, professional communication, marketing ethics, and how to build a sustainable caseload without burning out.

My goal is not just to help you accrue hours. It is to help you develop into a clinician who can think critically, document cleanly, manage risk appropriately, and build a career that is both financially and professionally sustainable.
